Gravity Forms has been one of the most trusted form plugins in WordPress for years, handling everything from simple contact forms to complex multi-page applications with payment integrations, conditional logic and third-party feeds. Its new MCP server exposes that functionality directly to AI assistants, turning years of manual form-building know-how into something you can ask for conversationally.

Once connected, an AI assistant can create and edit forms, add fields and confirmations, configure feeds to services like Stripe or Mailchimp, search and update entries, generate test data, and audit existing forms for conditional logic issues across a site. It’s aimed squarely at agencies and site owners who want to standardise or rebuild forms quickly rather than configuring each one by hand. Gravity Forms recommends connecting through a dedicated WordPress user with limited capabilities rather than an admin account, since the AI assistant gets the same access as whichever account it authenticates with. It also requires WordPress 6.9 or higher (for the Abilities API) and is self-hosted only, so it won’t work on WordPress.com.

Gravity Forms has no free version. The MCP server is included with any current Gravity Forms licence (Basic, Pro or Elite) at no extra cost, so pricing follows the base plugin.
