WPForms has long been one of the go-to form builders for WordPress, known for its drag-and-drop builder and huge template library, and it’s now opened that functionality up to AI assistants through the Model Context Protocol rather than replacing your existing workflow.

Once connected (via the free WPVibe bridge plugin, with an “MCP Write Access” toggle you switch on yourself), an assistant can build a complete form from a description, add and edit fields, labels, placeholder text and choices, and browse existing entries by date, field value or status. It’s deliberately conservative about what it can touch: it can’t delete forms or change notifications, confirmations, payment settings or add-on configuration. Full entry browsing needs a paid WPForms licence, and write access has to be switched on by an administrator, it isn’t on by default.

WPForms has a free Lite version on WordPress.org, with paid Basic, Plus, Pro and Elite licences unlocking more features and sites. The MCP connection itself doesn’t cost extra on top of your licence.
