JetEngine is a long-standing tool for building dynamic, database-driven WordPress sites without custom code, and its AI Command Center brings that same capability into a conversational MCP interface that works with VS Code, GitHub Copilot and other MCP-compatible AI assistants. You can ask it to set up an entire content model at once, custom post types, custom content types and their meta fields, and have the related modules connected automatically, rather than building each piece separately.
It’s particularly useful for speeding up two things that normally eat a lot of setup time: dynamic listings (JetEngine generates ready-made queries instead of you configuring them by hand) and populating a site with realistic-looking data, generating dozens or hundreds of entries, taxonomy terms and users in one go for testing or launching a catalogue. It plugs into your own OpenAI account rather than a Crocoblock-hosted service, so you’ll need to create an OpenAI API key and enter it under Crocoblock > Command Center before it will run, and OpenAI will bill you separately based on the model and tokens you use.
JetEngine has no free version. The AI Command Center is included with a standalone JetEngine subscription (currently around $75/year, often discounted) or with Crocoblock’s All-Inclusive Plus bundle, and you’ll also need your own OpenAI account with an active balance to actually use it.
