FluentCRM keeps your customer data and email marketing on your own WordPress site rather than a separate SaaS platform, and its MCP support extends that same self-hosted approach to AI assistants. Nothing connects automatically, you deliberately generate credentials and connect the AI tool of your choice.
Once connected, an assistant can search, filter, update and bulk-import contacts (up to 500 at a time), create, retrieve and update email campaigns and send test emails, and check or adjust where a contact sits inside an automation workflow. It’s built and maintained by the FluentCRM team as a native part of the product.
FluentCRM has a free version on WordPress.org, with paid Solo, Small Business and Agency licences adding more advanced automation. Pricing for the MCP feature isn’t broken out separately from the plugin’s existing licence tiers.
