GiveWP

GiveWP has been the standard donation plugin for WordPress nonprofits and fundraisers for years, and its MCP support turns that fundraising data into something you can query and act on conversationally rather than clicking through reports.

Connected through an AI assistant like Cursor, Claude Desktop or Elementor’s Angie, it can create, update, duplicate and archive campaigns, pull statistics and revenue, list and create donations (including issuing refunds), and manage donor details and subscriptions. It’s cautious on the destructive side: donors, forms and notes can’t be created or deleted through it, and campaigns and donations are archived rather than permanently removed.

GiveWP uses a Freemium model. The core plugin is free on WordPress.org, and Liquid Web’s paid plans (Essentials, Pro and Elite, from US$199 a year) add features such as recurring donations, fee recovery, peer-to-peer fundraising and extra payment gateways. The MCP feature itself is free with GiveWP 4.9.0 or higher, with no paid plan required.
